Subscription renewals may occur automatically if auto-renewal is enabled by the user.

Refunds and cancellations shall be governed by the official Refund & Cancellation Policy published by B2C Club.

Any approved refunds shall be processed in accordance with the applicable policy and payment method.

Add-on branches do not include users by default.

Additional users are subscribed separately under the primary subscription plan by paying the applicable per-user pricing.

The total subscribed user count is cumulative and may be shared across all subscribed branches.

Add-on branch pricing is reduced because users are not included by default.

Selected add-ons remain dependent upon the duration and validity of the selected primary subscription plan.

Applicable discounts and pricing for add-ons are determined based on the selected primary plan.

The comparison of plans and add-ons is provided only for informational purposes to help businesses choose the most suitable subscription.

All published prices are exclusive of GST unless otherwise stated.

Applicable GST (currently 18%) and other statutory taxes shall be charged separately wherever applicable.

Government taxes, service charges, convenience fees, and refundable deposits may be applicable depending on the selected products or services.

Taxes shall always be charged according to applicable government regulations.

Subscribers may upgrade from one plan to another by paying the applicable price difference together with applicable taxes and fees.

Upgraded features become available immediately after successful payment and activation.

Annual plans may be downgraded within ten (10) days of service activation, including any approved demo period, subject to applicable policies.

Monthly plans may be downgraded only for the next billing cycle and requests must be submitted before the next automatic renewal date when auto-renewal is enabled.

Downgrades shall not affect charges already paid for the current subscription period.

Software updates are essential for maintaining the security, stability, and optimal functionality of the Service.

Failure to install required updates may result in reduced functionality, compatibility issues, or complete loss of access to certain features.

Certain updates, security patches, bug fixes, and feature improvements may be installed automatically without prior notice or user interaction.

Your continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of all software updates provided by B2C Club.

B2C Club requires a stable and continuous internet connection for proper operation.

The User is solely responsible for arranging and paying for internet connectivity and all associated data charges.

B2C Club shall not be responsible for service interruptions, delays, synchronization failures, or data transmission issues caused by internet connectivity problems, network failures, or third-party internet service providers.

Users shall not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, modify, or create derivative works from the Service.

Redistribution, resale, sublicensing, or commercial exploitation of any part of the Service is strictly prohibited.

Users shall not interfere with, disrupt, or compromise the integrity, security, or availability of the platform.

Uploading malicious software, viruses, harmful code, or attempting unauthorized access is prohibited.

Violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of the account without prior notice.

Your use of such third-party services is governed solely by the respective terms and conditions of those providers.

B2C Club does not guarantee the availability, accuracy, reliability, products, services, or content provided by third-party service providers.

B2C Club shall not be liable for any direct or indirect losses, damages, delays, or failures resulting from the use of third-party services.

The platform may collect business information including order history, invoices, customer information, products, inventory, analytics, staff activity, reports, and operational data necessary to provide the Service.

Business owners retain ownership of their business data uploaded to the platform.

B2C Club may securely process, store, back up, synchronize, and analyze business data solely for providing, improving, securing, and enhancing the Service.

Appropriate technical and organizational safeguards are implemented to help protect business information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction.

B2C Club reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate access to the Service if these Terms and Conditions are violated.

Promotional communications shall be provided in accordance with applicable laws and your communication preferences.

Users may manage certain communication preferences where such options are made available.
